This triradial furling genoa will be made in using our Palma laminate from Challenge Sailcloth. This double taffetas laminate is made with at least 25% of UPE fibres in the warp. 

Radial patches are made from 2 layers, one inner patch which is a radial construction patch and one outer patch which is a fan patch to improve the transition of the clew, tack, and head loads towards the panels of the sail.
