FIBRE LAYOUT DESIGN
Fibre layout is a key point in the saildesign of a membrane sail as the final sail shape is a combinaison of cambers and fibre layout.

Creation of fibre layout for any type of sails

Creation of fibre layout groups directly on the 3D surfaces then exportied on 2D, flat panels

Creation of your own fibre layout system (combinaison of fibre UPE, aramid, carbone and distribution inside the sail)

Use the powerful SMAR Azure fibre tool for shaping fibre groups (control of the density of fibre many points of the sail)
PRODUCTION INFORMATION SHEET

Creation of a database of production sheets according to the components you are using in your loft or in the outsourced loft of your choice

Creation of files per type of sail and sizes including all the details of fabrication from the tapes sizes to the hardware

Sending of the PIS with the design file.

Creation of sails chart diagrams according to the sail configuration of the boat.
