Marblehead REC is the world’s first sailcloth made from fully recycled fiber. After a comprehensive search of materials across the globe, and a lot of testing, Challenge has developed a proprietary recycled polyester that has equal properties to virgin fiber and Fiber 104, which has not been possible in the past.
